The annual meeting released the "Report on Social Responsibility of China's Information and Communication Industry (2015)", which specifically elaborated the information and communication industry in five aspects: serving national strategies, promoting industry development, leading low-carbon development, helping employees grow, and contributing to social harmony. Promote the practice and performance of the social responsibility system construction work. This is the first systematic study on the responsibility performance of enterprises in the whole industry and the promotion level of industry responsibility construction in China, which provides very good experience and reference for enterprises to carry out social responsibility management and responsibility construction. Social responsibility puts forward the guiding principles of corporate responsibility performance, reflects the basic concepts and requirements of social responsibility, conforms to the development trend of international corporate social responsibility, and is of great significance for leading the practice direction of social responsibility in the information and communication industry.
The meeting commended and awarded the 2015 outstanding cases of social responsibility practice in the information and communication industry, outstanding companies, and the top ten managers and promoters of CSR in the industry, and all members of the standard drafting team were commended to thank them for their work Contributions made in the promotion of corporate social responsibility.
As a concrete result of the implementation of industry social responsibility, the launching ceremony and business authorization ceremony of the information and communication equipment recycling trading platform were also held at the meeting. The information and communication equipment recycling trading platform is an online auction and trading platform for the purpose of auctioning and disposing of waste information and communication equipment, adjusting the surplus and shortage of equipment, regulating the disposal of waste and used equipment, controlling the qualifications for purchase approval, and creating a fair and transparent trading environment. The construction of the platform as a whole conforms to the five development concepts proposed by the central government, and contains great potential in circular economy, environmental protection and social value.
